Carol Shillibeer’s poetry and visual art has been published in many print and online publications, and received nominations for both Pushcart and Best of Net. She won the Alfred G Bailey Prize for poetry in 2005.
I write, draw, paint, play with AI generated video, etc. because it is fun. That’s my guiding principle at this stage in my life. I live a pretty quiet life in rural Cape Breton. I have foxes for neighbours, feed the crows daily, like blue jays, feral cats and grow flowers and food. I create because it makes me happy.
